August 6.

So - Jano and I had our first night of the festival. We were able to attend a little show called Opera Galactica. It was basically Star Wars set to opera in 1 hour. It was the most silly entertaining show and a truly wonderful introduction to the fringe festival for us. Afterwards we had dinner at the Wok Wok which was quite fantastic (even if it was quite expensive). We had tickets for the 10:30 p.m. Military Tattoo. When we arrived, the Royal Mile was packed sidewalk to sidewalk with people! It was completely insane.
